OVERVIEW
The Simard Property covers 5,571 hectares over 96 claim blocks in Western Quebec.

LOCATION & GEOLOGY
- The property is located approximately 80 kilometers southwest of the town of Valdor, a logistics hub for mining services, including most exploration services.
- Mineralization on the Property is in the form of spodumene hosted pegmatites oriented mostly east west.

- Mining friendly jurisdiction with nearby North American Lithium production plant scheduled to start production in Q1 – 2023.
- TansimLithium Project – Sayona Mining has a potential resource of 5 to 25m Tonnes of 1.2% Li2O.
The best drill intersections are defined as:
- Hole VD19‐01: 6.3 m @ 1.28% Li2O from 3.9 m, of which 2.0 m @ 1.66% Li2O and 6.5 m @ 1.28% Li2O from 13.5 m, of which 3.5 m @ 1.78% Li2O.
- Hole VD19-05: 12.35 m @ 1.29% Li2O from 4 m, including 5 m @ 1.63% Li2O.
- Hole VD19‐10: 43.7 m @ 0.82% Li2O from 108.2 m, including 16.1 m @ 1.26% Li2O.
EXPLORATION
Multiple pegmatities located on the property, including sampled pegmatite show high lithium and tantalum values.
Surface samples results from previous operators indicate:
- 2.1 % Lithium (Li) (Sample # 112759) which is 4.52% lithium oxide (Li2O) (Ref report: GM 36797- 1980).
- 5.88 % Tantalum oxide (Ta2O5) (GM 36797, p. 4, 1980).
- Erratic boulders revealed: 382 ppm niobium (Nb) (Sample # D081752); >500 ppm Nb (Sample # D081756) (GM 63756, 2007).
